This was a great throwback, and I liked it. That said, I'm also posting this review to mention the April Fool's Day "prank" that Adult Swim did this year -- Toonami block revival! Well, for a few hours starting at midnight last night, anyway. It got me (and probably a lot of others) thinking that it'd be ridiculously cool to have Toonami back permanently.

RE: Electric Boogaloo

@Starsabre: Look up the movie "Breakin 2: Electric Boogaloo" and it'll make a lot more sense. It was an 80s film about breakdancing, and that subtitle is used literally all the time as a form of satire/parody.

yea

Good effort, but keep trying...

I gave this entry a 3, because I definitely see some potential.

However, it could definitely use some work. It's a little short, the graphics are a little shaky/could use more frames per second, and the quality control is just...well, not really there.

Anyway, just thought I'd give you some advice to use for any future flash you decide to make.

Nice flash.

Hey, just writing to let you know what I thought. Not nearly as great as your earlier Marvel-based flashes, but still quite amusing.

Also, to the previous reviewer: You're thinking of just *one* of the Earth's Green Lanterns, Jon Stewart. At one point or another, several men have been the GL of Earth (note how I say "of Earth"; there are GLs for every sector of the universe). The one depicted in this flash is either Hal Jordan (the original GLoE) or Kyle Rayner (the latest/current GLoE); there's the offhand chance that it's Guy Gardner, but probably not.

Oh, and by the way: Nothing can ever top Wolvie's canuck accent! :D

Not bad, but I'd like to see more...

Okay, I'm not really quite sure what I just saw...

In any case, it wasn't altogether that bad of a flash. I couldn't tell that the things were supposed to be elves (like another reviewer said, they looked more like gnomes), and the lack of background hurt it a little.

All in all, I think you might have something on your hands...If you keep working on it.

Oh yeah -- the music was sweet. Me First and the Gimme Gimmes rock!

It was...ok...

Yeah...What the title says...It wasn't that great, wasn't too bad...

Ahahaha...Gumby is awesome!

That's old-school, Gumby...Nevermind that I barely remember the series from when it used to air, but it was a sense of nostalgia I had watching that...Plus, some of it made me laugh a bit, too...

Awesome...

This is one sweet-ass flash movie...As far as Rockman/Megaman goes, it's one of the best movies I've ever seen based on it. Who says you need sprites for good Megaman action? Andrew Dickman's artwork is truly amazing.

P.S. - To all those people still reviewing this badly even now: DON'T! If you took the time, you'd notice that recently Tom Fulp changed it so that Andrew Dickman (The ACTUAL creator of the movie) is credited as the Author.

That was slick, man.

Most people would just laugh at a 24-second movie (with sticks, no less) and Blam it on the spot, but you've proven that a Flash movie doesn't need to be long to be worth watching. True, it was stick figures, which are done to death. However, it had 3-D in it, which instantly gives you more credibility, and makes the overall movie a lot better than if there was no 3-D work at all.

You should make a 2nd season of 24. :)

More people must know of the series...

And what better way than having it on TV? I read that last guy's comment about it being on television, and I think there's a PERFECT place for where College University could fit. It would be PERFECT for Cartoon Network's Adult Swim line-up on Sunday nights. It would work equally well as a Comedy Central cartoon, or possibly MTV.

The only thing is, this series would beat the crap out of most other animations on those networks...

I...have nothing to say.
